As a rule of thumb, the average woman uses about 2,000 calories per day. For men, it’s around 2,500. This will vary depending on your age, how much you exercise, and even your genetics, but those are the rough estimates.
Your goal is to consume less calories than that per day. Because for every 3,500 calories you burn more than you eat, that’s one pound which will melt right off your body (and face).
Tip #2 – Exercise Your Face
Your face is made up of muscles. And just like the other muscles on your body, you can train them to become stronger and more toned.

• Smile Big: This one should be easy! Keep your mouth closed and smile as wide and big as you can. Hold it for 10 seconds, then release. Do 10 repetitions.
• Fish Face: Ever make a fish face while you’re goofing around? Let’s do it again. Hold your head straight, suck in your cheeks, and pucker your lips, so they look almost like a fish. Keep it in place for 5 seconds. Relax. Now keep going until you’ve done 10.
• Chin Stretch: While looking straight forward, let your jaw drop and your mouth open. Push your chin out, so your lower jaw is now sticking out past your upper jaw and the muscles tighten. Hold this for 5 seconds each, for 10 repetitions.
• Roar: Again looking straight ahead, breathe through your nose while opening your eyes and mouth wide. Stretch your tongue out and towards your chin. Keep that look for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

Tip #3 – Get Your Essential Nutrients
Cutting out the bad from your diet isn’t the only step. You’ll also want to make sure you’re getting plenty of the good stuff too.
